State Of Play Magazine
Thanks to Tia at State of Play Magazine for asking me to get involved with the latest issue - alongside some fellow Synergy artists - Jamie Cullen, Scott Chambers, Henry Obasi, Paddy Mills and Telegramme.
Mr James Bright
My friend James is very talented. Not only can he doodle like a monster, but his new album 'Big Sounds From Small Spaces' is released through Tape Club Records on the 30th of November, and I got a sneak preview - bloody lovely stuff.

SCREENPRINTS: roll up roll up...!
NewYorkNewYork and London Village are on sale NOW! They have both been hand silkscreened beautifully and I picked them up yesterday - many thanks to the wonderful Ben at tuckshoplondon. i was going to wait until my new webshop launches in a couple of weeks to mention this, but due to a brilliant response over the past couple of weeks, i thought i'd shout about it a little bit here first! They are limited to editions of 25 each, A2 (420mm x 594mm) on lovely heavyweight art paper (270gsm), signed and numbered by me. They're £95 each, (plus P+P), and the first 5 flew out the print studio before I'd had chance to see them myself! If you're interested in having one of your own, give me a shout: sophiehenson@hotmail.co.uk.

Coloured-In collective are featuring at this years Beachdown Festival which takes place between 28-31 August, Devil’s Dyke, Brighton. I won't be able to make it down this time (boo!), but my fellow coloured-in mates Matt Buchanan, Chris Ede and Will Scobie will be getting their hands dirty creating 2 giant Beachdown banners on show at the festival. There will also be a live battle between us and some very special guests and tree stump painting. Preparations are taking place this week in Matt’s Brighton studio creating the final designs and free give aways. If you are at the festival please drop by and say hi.
